Stefan Pearson
Stefan Pearson has been a member of Writers' Bloc for so long now
that the glorious revolution seems just a distant memory. He was
published in Nova Scotia, the anthology of Scottish speculative fiction, and more recently in the horror anthology Read By Dawn. He reads regularly with Writers' Bloc.
Stefan's first novel, Worse Things, is a story of family
and fishermen, belonging and not belonging, set in the Highlands and
offshore. It has been described as "Irvine Welsh writes Para
Handy". His new project is a children's story about flatulent
fairies, roadworks, hippies up trees and chronic asthma. He's sure it
will be a hit.
Stefan has been a con-man, shyster, pedagogue and general malcontent.
He affects a left-wing swagger, but works for a finance company.
